Built for the student
Every lesson is written specifically for confirmation-age students, at a reading level that respects where they are without talking down to them. The language is clear, conversational, and grounded in situations young people recognize. Even the Bible translation used throughout the curriculum was chosen with readability and accessibility in mind.
iConfirm does not tell students what they must believe. It gives them accessible materials, honest questions, room to reflect, and a church community in which they can explore faith for themselves.
Why five to eight minutes?
The app is not replacing the weekly gathering. It is preparing students for it.
A ninety-minute confirmation gathering is rarely ninety minutes of direct instruction. It also includes welcoming students, sharing food, checking in, building relationships, transitioning between activities, asking questions, and having the conversations that make confirmation meaningful.
iConfirm distributes the teaching across the week. Five focused micro-lessons provide approximately 25–40 minutes of student preparation before Sunday. Students encounter one idea at a time, reflect on it, and arrive ready to participate.
Instead of using Sunday to deliver a large amount of new information all at once, leaders can use that time for discussion, questions, prayer, activities, relationships, and connecting the curriculum to the life of their church.

How it works
Confirmation is not an online course that ends with a certificate. iConfirm prepares students for the relationships, worship, service, and discernment through which confirmation actually happens.

Built around trust
Confirmation invites personal questions about God, identity, doubt, belonging, and belief. iConfirm gives students meaningful control over what remains private and what they choose to share.
For younger students, account creation begins with a parent or guardian so participation and access are clear from the beginning.
A student’s private reflection is not automatically shown to parents, leaders, or other students.
Students can bring a sensitive question to a trusted adult instead of writing an answer. That still counts as participation.
Doubt, uncertainty, and changing beliefs are part of the confirmation journey—not something to score away.
Students can keep a personal record and see how their questions and beliefs developed during the year.
